As a coach, have you found yourself coaching people who wished that someone close to them – a colleague, spouse/partner, child, boss, or employee – behaved differently? How do you manage that tricky triangle, when your client wants to change someone who is not present in the conversation? Neuroscience shows that your client is affected by that third party in ways they are not even aware of; but the good news is that your client can influence them, too. This three-day workshop plus teleclasses teaches techniques, tools and guiding principles for supporting your clients in attuning to others in ways that create the best chance of achieving mutually respectful, supportive, and fulfilling relationships.
Participants who complete “Coaching for Interpersonal Connection” will have the option of enrolling in one of two follow-up 3-day courses that provide in-depth application in the specific context of:
Parent Coaching
Relationships in the Workplace
Prerequisites: Minimum of 60 hours of coach-specific training from Adler or another ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).
