Coaching for Positive Change at Work: Ask the Coaching Experts!

Are you coaching for positive change at work?

Want some new ideas on how to make it work even better? Here is your chance to ask the coaching experts!

This complimentary series of interactive virtual teleseminars is for you if…

  • you coach people at work, and you have questions about challenging coaching situations, or best practices
  • you’ve been told you’re supposed to be coaching your direct reports, but you’re not really clear about the differences between managing, coaching, mentoring, training, and counseling, and how to juggle those different hats
  • you coach people as part of your role as an internal or external consultant, and aren’t always sure how to manage the intertwined relationships and expectations
  • you want to build a coaching culture in your organization, but aren’t sure how to get started
  • you have any other “burning” questions about coaching!

Post any questions you have about coaching scenarios, skills and best practices below, and during each teleseminar we’ll answer 2 or 3 of the questions we receive. Each one-hour call will be different, so attend regularly to maximize your learning.

WHY:

Adler is committed to contributing to the local community by supporting the success of a nonprofit organization’s mission.

HR Weekly says, “Recent studies show… coaching to be the most effective means for achieving sustainable growth, change and development in the individual, group and organization.” When an organization’s leaders hit their own stride through coaching, and adopt a coach-like style of management, performance and capacity throughout the organization are dramatically expanded.
